How does Shirt of the Month work?
When you subscribe to Shirt of the Month, you’ll pay $13.04 and will be shipped our “Believer” Introductory shirt (all new subscribers receive this t-shirt). You will then be charged on the 1st of every month and will receive a new, t-shirt within the first week of each new month thereafter. There is no contract involved with Shirt of the Month and you are free to cancel at anytime … but hey, at just $10/month who would want to cancel, right?
How does billing work for my subscription?
Upon enrollment your credit or debit card will immediately be charged $13.04 ($10 for the shirt, +$3.04 shipping), and you will be shipped your “Believer” Introductory shirt. Then, on the 1st of every month thereafter, you will be charged $13.04 for that month’s uniquely designed, Faith based -themed t-shirt, which you will receive within the first week.
Can I purchase the Shirt of the Month without enrolling in the program?
The simple answer is that you cannot. Shirt of the Month is a unique program, and we are trying to keep the t-shirts special for our subscribers.
How do I cancel my Shirt of the Month subscription?
To cancel your Shirt of the Month subscription, simply email: info@shoptheway.com with Subject Line: Cancel Shirt of the Month. There is no contract or cancellation penalty but we do ask that you let us know by the 20th of the month so we can stop your subscription before the next month ships.

What kind of shirts do use?
The material of our shirts varies from month to month between 100% ringspun cotton and a 50/50 poly cotton blend depending on the color we choose for our Shirt of the Month t-shirts. Ringspun cotton has a soft feel, wears very comfortably, and fits true to size. Additionally, all of our shirts are preshrunk and unisex. We always send an email preview around mid-month so you’ll see (and get excited for) what is coming your way the next month! We’re flexible, so you can change your size from month to month to accommodate any changes or to share your subscription with others!
When will my order ship?
Our standard shipping rate is USPS First Class mail. Transit times are roughly 3-5 days although it is usually a little faster for in state orders. We process and ship items in the order that we receive between 8am-5pm CST Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-3 days for processing of order to be completed. Shirt of the Month shipments will generally arrive within the first few business days of the new month.
How do you handle returns/exchanges?
For reference, all of our shirts are unisex and preshrunk so they fit pretty true to size! Still, if you find that your shirt doesn't fit to your comfort, we will be glad to arrange an exchange. Please mail your shirt to us at The Way 6721 Mid Cities ave, Beltsville MD. Be sure to include a note that has your name, the size you wish to exchange for, and your shipping address and as long as we have that size available, we will happily send you a new shirt at no additional cost to you. Please note that all shirts must be unwashed and unworn in order to qualify for an exchange. To find out if we have the size you need in stock, please email info@shoptheway.com .
Do you do custom work?
We have partnered with AC PRINTERS and they love doing custom orders! They do have a 25 piece minimum (but sometimes we make exceptions, just ask!). If you need t-shirts, or any other kind of apparel please contact them through there website www.acprinters.com .
